Worlds without People (Filosofický časopis, Special Issue 2023)

The aim of the special issue of the Philosophical Journal entitled "Worlds without People: 'Inhumanity' in Contemporary Philosophy" is to identify and interpret key aspects of the remarkable spectrum of images of man that have emerged in contemporary philosophy, art, and media culture in recent decades. These are images that, in the context of posthumanist or transhumanist thinking, reconfigure man's relationship to the world and to himself in the intentions of "cosmic" inappropriateness and violence committed by human presence itself, which must be atoned for. It is published in English.
