Before the Marvel Universe was created, before Batman flew over Gotham, the greatest superhero of all time was born in Victorian England - Sherlock Holmes. First appearing in the novel A Study in Scarlet 140 years ago, his star has never stopped shining. His brilliant brain, eccentric nature and drug addiction have fascinated generations of readers and creators alike. But it is only in this comic book that we get a chance to step inside the detective's head, into Sherlock's legendary "palace of ideas".

London is plagued by mysterious disappearances and the clue seems to be a ticket to a magic show.
