Terezín, ráj mezi lágry

Susanne Fall (1922-2003) gives a detailed and in many ways surprising testimony with her autobiographical text, which was written shortly after the Second World War as a documentary-style record of memories of the years she had just lived in the Terezín ghetto. Through her unflinching descriptions and insight into the pragmatically tactical rules of the daily struggle to escape the "final solution" among countless equally endangered people, she insightfully examines the workings of the devastatingly dehumanizing mechanisms of the totalitarian system. In the Revolver Revue edition, Susanne Fall's book is thus a loose continuation of previously published titles looking at the subject of the Holocaust from the perspective of different and each time unusual authentic contemporary accounts
