Easy can mean a super-fast meal for you - it's on the table in minutes. Or one for which you only need a few ingredients. Some people appreciate that part of the preparation can be done in advance and that serving is simple. It's also not wasted if the recipe includes ingredients you normally have in your pantry, you simply cook from stock. Cooking is also easy, the food more or less makes itself in the pot or oven.
