SIMPLE
Easy can mean a super-fast meal for you - it's on the table in minutes. Or one for which you only need a few ingredients. Some people appreciate that part of the preparation can be done in advance and that serving is simple. It's also not wasted if the recipe includes ingredients you normally have in your pantry, you simply cook from stock. Cooking is also easy, the food more or less makes itself in the pot or oven. The next recipes will show you how to cook efficiently, it's just important to know a good trick and get the procedure right. So, depending on the circumstances, choose the method that suits you to make cooking easy, relaxing and therefore fun. The idea that everyone has a different opinion of what is easy is the essence of this book.
