Počátky skautingu v českých zemích

Scouting, as a worldwide movement, has its roots in the early 20th century. The book traces the first steps of Scout groups in the Czech lands, the development of their programmes, as well as the conflicts and challenges that individual movements faced in the early days. The author also traces the German and Jewish organizations, Catholic Scouting and national minorities. He describes the similarities and differences between the Czech and German youth movements and does not neglect how these organizations served the political struggle.
