Dějiny politického myšlení III/II - Politické směry a myslitelé 19. století
The second part of the third volume of the History of Political Thought provides a philosophical and historical account of political thought from the American Revolution to World War I. Much attention is paid to the emergence of the modern republic with democratic representation, the birth of modern ideologies, and individual thinkers (Tocqueville, Nietzsche, Weber) who were not appreciated until the 20th century. Separate chapters are devoted to the development of political thought at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries in Germany and in the 19th century in Russia and the Czech lands.
